The Pines Preservation Guild offers an hour long consultation with one of our Federally Certified historic preservation specialists.

Included in this consultation is:

• a walkthrough with the home owner of the property

• an exterior analysis of character-defining elements

  • includes siding, windows, doors, roof material, shutters, etc

• an interior analysis of character-defining elements

  • included siding, windows, doors, floors, fireplaces, ceilings, staircases, hardware, etc.

• recommendations moving forward

  • tax credit eligibility, National Register inclusion, etc.

service cost: $150 for Members

payment made when scheduling
